  • Step 1. 

    You fill out the custom stationery questionnaire and tell me all about your vision. You recieve a quote within 1-3 working days.

  • Step 2.

    I put together a digital design sketch for you. At this stage we can make lots of edits and you start to get an idea of what the final invites may look like.

  • Step 3.

    I get started painting the artwork for your invites! You will receive digital proofs throughout this stage as your invites start to come together and we add in your wording.

  • Step 4. 

    Your invites begin printing! If you have chosen envelope liners or envelope addressing, I will assemble your liners and address your invites and they will arrive ready to post!

  • Step 5.

    The best part! You receive your entirely bespoke invites and send them out to your very special guests.

How much do custom wedding invites cost?

Prices for bespoke stationery vary depending on the complexity of the design, elements you require and your number of guests. This is why we ask that you fill out our questionnaire to get your free quote for custom invites.

Our design fee for custom artwork starts at £250.

How long will the process take?

The custom stationery process typically takes around 6-8 weeks.

When should I send my wedding invitations?

For save the dates, we reccomend sending around 8-12 months before the big day.

For invites, we reccomend sending 6-8 months before your wedding.

How many invites do I need?

You will need to order one invitation per household, not per guest.

We also recommend ordering a few spare invites and envelopes, just in case!

Can you address my envelopes?

We know how time consuming envelope addressing can be when you are planning a wedding, so we offer a calligraphy envelope addressing service.

Do you ship overseas?

We are based in the UK, but we ship worldwide! Your postage cost will be outlined in your custom stationery quote if you are ordering from abroad.

CUSTOMS FEES: It is important to note that customs fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. We do not cover these charges so please be aware that you may be required to pay extra upon arrival.

Returns Policy


If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible and quote your order number. If your item is approved for return, you will then be advised of the address where you can send your return to.

Items returned must be returned in a re-sellable condition unless they arrived faulty. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and items that do will not be eligible for refunds. 

It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. 

This returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately a refund/exchange cannot be offered. 


  • Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you and let you know if we have approved the item for a refund.


  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. This can take up to 10 days to arrive in your account. 


  • A refund can only be sent to the original payment method.


  • Only regular priced items can be refunded and unfortunately sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. 


  • Postage costs are non refundable and you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.


  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
